Grades 1-6 meet together to worship God and hear His story.
Sunday School at EHCC is a great program where grades 1-6 meet together to worship God and hear His story. The large group gathers together to hear God’s word through stories, skits, and games led by volunteer teachers, and then split into smaller groups to dive deeper into the story. Crafts, games, and imaginative play are used to keep grades 1-3 engaged in God’s story. Grades 4-6 are challenged by their teachers to grow in their faith and take a step closer to knowing God each week.
Children are dismissed about half-way through the morning worship service to attend Sunday School (after the fun ‘children’s message’). Teachers dismiss the children to join their parents/caregivers at the end of the service. The Sunday School program is offered September – May, with the exception of holiday weekends.
