Haiti Update

The Remembering Tree

As part of our Advent season celebration this year we are going to be using a "remembering tree".  We'll be having a Christmas tree setup in the lobby of the church.  Everyone is invited to make special ornaments and put them on the tree!  These ornaments should in someway remember key figures from the Bible who helped prepare the way for Jesus coming.  For a more thorough e

International Day of Prayer

This Sunday (November 8 2009) is the International Day of Prayer for the persecuted church.  You can find more information about this event at http://www.idop.ca/.  Please make it a priority to pray for other Christians around the world who don't have the same freedom to express their beliefs the way we do!
